I am both a salaried and self-employed worker, and received a benefit as a self-employed. How may I receive a reserve service benefit as salaried employee?

If you are a monthly or daily worker and have worked at least 75 days in the three months preceding the month of service, you are entitled to a benefit from the employer. If you have worked less than 75 days, you have to submit a claim as salaried employee in one the branches of the National Insurance Institute, together with wage slips for the 3 months preceding the month of service.
